Engineering Technician

Bison Inc., a leading company in the Sporting Equipment industry, is seeking a skilled Engineering Technician for a hands-on role within our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with CNC mill and lathe experience to contribute to our ongoing success and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of automation.
• Collaborate with the operations team to troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
• Support plant wide continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating CNC mills and lathes.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor CAD is preferred.
• Experience with Haas CNC equipment is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Prefer 5 years in a manufacturing environment.

Education:

• Preference will be given to candidates with an associate degree in a relevant field, however, work experience in the field could also qualify.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
